Micro-Grant Strategy Sprint for Lifesaving Training

The goal of this session is to leave the hour with a ranked micro-grant plan, a simple solo execution workflow, a 30/60/90 timeline with owners and dates, concise LOI/email language, and five specific targets queued for submission.

ReadyMeNow delivers lifesaving training where people live, work, and gather across rural Mississippi. We are an American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider; our certifications are valid for two years, meet OSHA workplace requirements, and are delivered in a blended format with online learning and in-person skills. We are also a STOP THE BLEED® Educational Licensee and deliver two-hour, on-location sessions for groups up to eight. Our largest audience is free Hands-Only CPR popups for up to twenty participants. Donations are welcome at any time. Seat Bank gifts sponsor certification seats so eligible adults aren’t turned away; availability is managed as funds allow. We maintain active accounts with PayPal Giving Fund, GoFundMe, Deed (corporate and employee giving), and Candid/GuideStar.

In this session, ReadyMeNow is seeking an expert to translate these assets into near-term wins. We will weigh the fastest micro-grant lanes for our model, including platform micro-grants (Candid/PPGF), corporate and employee giving routed via Deed, a 30-day search outreach pilot to drive sign-ups, and coalition sub-awards. We will finalize a solo workflow I can follow after the call, keep any internal valuations and fee schedules proprietary, and agree on simple, meaningful reporting: seats sponsored and used, certifications issued, confidence-to-act percentage, submissions and wins, and median days from application to cash. The outcome is an immediately actionable plan with five ready targets.
