We have individuals who are not fans of our board of directors for many reasons, but are challenging to communicate with. We run a rare disease nonprofit. Our board is mostly volunteers- we do our very best. We have individuals who are plain toxic. We recently had an upset parent send us an angry email and post it on social media for all to see. We need help with how we handle communications in these situations. Before our call, I can share the email and my proposed reply.
