Session Overview

We were formed at end of 2022 and need suggestions to firm up our very basic bylaws. We were organized to help support youth sports tournament funding through fundraising. We do not have members so how do we hold elections among officers. Specific questions about what we legally need to show to quid pro quo donors about cash flow - families pay dues for tournaments as one of our functions. What year end receipts should detail for this type of situation. I can share our current bylaws in advance of the meeting.

Nonprofit Overview

The ICE GIVING Fund’s specific purpose is to benefit youth through young adults in the arena of community sports, including but not limited to ice hockey and community service projects. Among the goals are fostering physical fitness, teamwork, volunteer community involvement, rewarding individual effort and encouraging responsibility: “IMPACT(integrity, initiative), CONFIDENCE(community, commitment), EFFORT(empowerment, engagement)” (ICE).
