We are seeking a volunteer to complete an audit of the current Google Analytics setup and tagging, design and deliver a recruitment-focused dashboard of key metrics, and set up and optimize a Google Ads recruitment campaign. Specific account details, target audiences, and KPIs will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Better analytics and targeted recruitment ads will expand our digital footprint and help us attract staff and participants, enabling stronger delivery of services that promote independence and community inclusion. Volunteers will directly help us reach more people who benefit from our programs.

A staff point person will collaborate with the volunteer to share account access, background materials, and recruitment goals. We will discuss priorities and timelines during interviews so the volunteer can deliver actionable recommendations and a deployable dashboard and campaign plan.
