We are seeking a volunteer to set up staff domain-based email accounts so they can be accessed from a single email client (for example, Outlook). The volunteer will review the current email setup, configure account settings in the chosen client (IMAP/SMTP or Exchange as applicable), and provide step-by-step setup and troubleshooting documentation. Details will be provided.

Centralizing domain email access will improve staff communication and response time, helping teams coordinate services and better support vulnerable NYC families. This will strengthen our ability to meet basic needs and help clients move toward greater self-sufficiency.

Our team will collaborate with the volunteer to share account details, schedule time for hands-on setup and testing, and identify a primary contact to coordinate work. Volunteers can help define exact steps and training needs with staff.
