Little Green Light CRM Optimization And Process documentation

My goal for this project is to relaunch effective and consistent use of our CRM, Little Green Light. Due to necessary staff reductions, we lost our in-house expert, and there was very little documentation. We need to catch up on data while documenting how-to and critical processes.

The volunteer will support our mission by ensuring we have consistent access to donor, partner, and champion data that allows us to implement segmented strategies of engagement to ensure children and families in Washington state have access to the resources they need.

We hosted a fundraiser in June and have data ready and we are flushing out our development plan as well as outreach. We are primed with data so the project will not be a theoretical setup of a CRM but will have the ability to implement and assist us with much needed efficiencies so our resources can be put to the best use.

We already have license to little green light. We use box.com for documentation and files sharing. We also Google Suiteand are exploring NotebookLM to document and mine internal processes (very new). We also use Microsoft 365.

We are looking for a volunteer who likes to function as a contractor would. You are the expert, but we have time for learning to happen as this is not a corporate CRM tool. We are very much looking for someone willing to dive in to learn the tool and help us understand its capabilities. If you are an experienced CRM manager please apply! Our first step for any volunteer accepted on this project will be a discovery call where you help us understand the needed scope of work, what you need from us, and timelines based on our needs and any learning curve you may need to get to know the tool!
