Earned Income Strategy For Our Gaming For Justice program

Our organization has identified some potential earned income revenue streams around our Gaming for Justice program - specifically a video game or online game. We've also created a business plan that needs support to push our video or online game idea forward.

We would like to partner with a business strategist that can help us evaluate the feasibility and sustainability of these earned income streams. As a medium sized grassroots organization doing work on environmental justice and culturally responsive education and led by folks dedicated to social justice and liberation, our work is currently under attack. We've seen the chilling impact of federal policies and Executive Orders on federal, state, and private foundations and are concerned about our future as an organization.

Project support would allow us to create a sustained revenue stream for our organization while allowing us to reach more youth and adults concerned about climate change.

We have already identified several revenue streams where our nonprofit has expertise and can potentially offer products or services that align with our mission as it relates to one of our specific programs - Gaming for Justice. We have also identified our target audiences and understand the needs and preferences of your potential customers or clients. We will also supply the strategist with our financial information, including the operating budget.
