Grant Proposal Review

Our nonprofit is searching for a grant writer or talented copywriter to assist our team in reviewing a grant proposal and making updates.

To implement this grant writing project, we'll need two meetings with a volunteer. In our first meeting, we will provide you with a copy and review the application draft with you. We'll align on expectations and agree on the project timeline. Next, you'll review our document using the track changes function, checking for inconsistencies and continuity errors, and create a list of recommended changes to share with us. The project will conclude after up to two rounds of edits, after which the volunteer will make the agreed-upon changes to the document.

Families with a child diagnosed with pediatric cancer or other life-threatening childhood diseases are often unprepared for the crisis that ensues. This is partly due to the fact that family leaders do not typically discuss the possibility of their child being diagnosed. By working with ABF, grant writers can play a crucial role in supporting our mission. Their efforts in securing funding through targeted grants will have a profound impact, enabling ABF to better serve these remarkable families who are fighting for the lives of their children.

We have a dedicated team member for the project who will provide you with the document that needs to be reviewed in an easily shareable format. (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.) We'll also send you the proposal and application guidelines.
