We seek a skilled volunteer to facilitate a 2-part SWOT analysis for The Future of Free Speech (FoFS). As a young organization, FoFS aims to define its identity, comparative advantage, and strategic priorities to best achieve its mission of promoting free speech globally. We will ultimately defer to the expertise of the volunteer, but the format could look could like the following:

SWOT Part 1: Internal and External Assessment
- The volunteer will assess FoFS’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and Resources.
- FoFS team members will prepare 5-10 sticky notes for each category and submit them before the initial meeting.
- In the session, the volunteer will facilitate discussions, asking clarifying questions and identifying themes, patterns, and outliers.
- After the meeting, notes will be circulated for further reflection.

SWOT Part 2: Strategic Prioritization

- A one- to two-hour follow-up session to focus on prioritizing opportunities and narrowing FoFS’s focus.
- The volunteer will guide the team to identify the best opportunities, ensuring resources are used efficiently.

Deliverables:
- A SWOT analysis report with strategic recommendations.
- Presentation to FoFS leadership, including a Q&A session.

Desired Skills:
- Experience in SWOT analysis, strategic planning, and facilitation.
