Project Overview
We are looking for volunteer help to create an annual social media plan. Since we are an organization for people who are HIV positive, World AIDS Day and other HIV - related dates, as well as Pride month and any other LGBTQ+ dates should be celebrated. This social media marketing plan should include recommendations for a launch plan for social channels other than Facebook.Our organization has been through a series of Executive Directors who eventually lost access to our Facebook page. I have been in this position for over a year now and have created a new page that is starting to get more views, but I struggle to find the time to update it regularly. Part of our mission is to educate the community and to foster a sense of acceptance in our hope to fight stigma. It's all me, folks! As soon as we have a completed social media strategy, we can recruit additional support to craft content that aligns with the strategy. Additionally, I plan to start an Instagram account and link the two in hopes of reaching more people.

The mission of Twin States Network is to foster a safe and caring community for people living with HIV in Vermont and New Hampshire. We accomplish this through peer support, education, advocacy, and outreach.
